General viewings and vehicle inspections are available Monday to Friday between 10am and 4pm. On auctions days, the keys will be available throughout the day until 5:15pm. You are welcome to bring a knowledgeable friend or mechanic for a second opinion, prior to bidding.
We advise that all buyers view vehicles before bidding. Once you’re satisfied with the lots, you can bid in the sale room, or sign up and log in to our online auction. The two main features we offer are pre-bidding, where you log your maximum bid prior to the auction, and if necessary, the software bids if appropriately on your behalf. Alternatively, you can stream the auction and bid live against others online, and bidders in the sale room.
We welcome both trade and private customers alike. New traders and private buyers will require a minimum deposit of £200 + 10% of the hammer price. Full payment is required by Wednesday at 12 noon
All lots are subject to a buyer’s fee, ours are some of the most competitive in the country (see below) which covers you against any defect in title. Should it transpire the vehicle is stolen or has an outstanding finance agreement which cannot be resolved, then you will be able to return the vehicle to us and the hammer price will be fully refunded.
Selling at auction can be one of the quickest and most simple methods of vehicle disposal. All lots are advertised online, and are entered onto our online auction as standard.
Companies, main agents, finance houses, car supermarkets and private sellers can all benefit from the potential speed at which an auction can operate. Sellers should reserve a place and listing, then bring the vehicle along, latest Monday afternoon. We also offer a vehicle collection and recovery service, for more information on this, please phone the office and we would be happy to assist.
Entry fees starting from £30 inc. of VAT, are payable per entry. If the vehicle is sold, commission is charged as follows:
A minimum charge of £20 plus 5% of the hammer price. Commission charges are subject to VAT
The sale will be processed, and payments will be paid over the follow days, subject to there being no complications. Payments are made by BACS, which takes 3 working days, or by cheque.
